Less than 70 days left..Am I dreaming? Hope yes!

(From March to April)

Hey there!
I'm back. I'm doing good as always. I got to know that there are some people who are new to Blogger and could not find my older blogposts, well for them, there is a column named as 'Blog Archive' on the bottom right..there are all my blogs. Hope this helped. Thanks for your feedback. I would love to get your updates too so feel free to comment whatever you like :)

So..less than 70 days until I return! OMG. I can't express how mix is the feeling right now. Better not talk about it. I read it somewhere, "It's not an Exchange Year in your life but it's a Life in an Exchange Year!!" That's so damn true.

Dad, do you remember this game? It's a game called Chinese Checkers, a very interesting game indeed. At my house back in India, we always used to play this game every night. Either this game or cards. I kinda missed it. When i went to one of my friends' house, I saw this game and I was so happy to teach this game to them. I've learnt another card game here in Italy named 'Briscola'. The cards are totally different. It's an awesome game and I'm gonna buy the cards so that I can play in India.

One Saturday evening, we had guests and my host mom made Riso con le fragole (Rice with Strawberries). That was one of the best Italian foods ever tasted.

The towers here are beautifully lightened up at night. That's the tower of Pordenone.

On the 15th, me and some of my schoolmates went to see a drama, 'West Side Story' in Pordenone. It's an American theme stressing on the different American accents. The show was really well organised and very well presented. The actors were from the UK so their accents, OMG their accents were so freaking different. It took me some time to get what they actually wanted to say. lol but I enjoyed the show.

On the 16th of March, I had a school trip to Padova. It's a pretty city. My school's actually being really kind to us. We (the exchange students) don't have to pay the bus tariff while we go on a school trip.

On the 18th, I and one of my friends, Ynam went to Ramuscello (5 km from Cordovado) on bicycle. It's was a day of Ecology so we were supposed to clean the surroundings if we wanted to participate. I love doing these things. It's kinda more fun when we are with friends. We tried to pick all the papers, plastics and other such things from the ground.

We were given gloves and a sac to collect the waste. It was a good pleasant environment friendly day XD

Finally I bought an original Rubik's cube. And I can solve it too. Well c'mon not in 6 seconds (the world record), but 3 minutes. lol I learnt it in a day so I'm improving..:) Don't think that I've added this photo from the Internet or something like that. I can actually solve it. And if have any doubts then I'll show you 'live'..but for that you gotta come visit me in Italy (as simple as that XD)

Forgot to mention it..I've given so many presentations here (almost every week) that I may not have given in my whole life. I'm getting better at it. My history teacher told me that she wants to see me occupied as if I'm doing nothing in the class. She wants me to give a presentation on whatever my class is studying right now.. For me it has always been difficult to study Indian history in my native language then in Italian that too Italian history (which my classmates have been studying since years) is going to be a big deal ofcourse. Nevertheless I do follow her class and I do give tests..in Italian (and I scored 7/10- I have hardly scored this high in history in India lol) but still she thinks that I do nothing in her class. My classmates told me that she is always like this with them too so make sense!! I love my Italian teacher anyway.

On the 31st, we went to Trieste to meet the Outbounds of Italy for next year. Made me remind my orientation it was a bit different though. It was great talking to the exchange students. They looked very curious to learn new things, scared a bit about their year ahead and very enthusiastic (just as we were last year). Andrea, being the head, read the rules of rotary then we gave some tips to them and answered their questions. Nice time in short. When we came back home, Andrea gave me the paper of Rotary Rules- my instant reply being non servono più (I don't need it anymore) XD

This one's for my Bro :) I and my bro, Manthan (he is 23), we never used to miss our Tom & Jerry shows. Sounds kinda funny but that's the way we are!! Actually in my family, everyone used to call us Tom (to my bro) and Jerry (to me) and why they wouldn't!!  We were Tom & Jerry part-2. We used to fight a lot. But couldn't stay without each other. I still remember, sometimes when my bro was sitting alone doing his work..I was the one who always poked him. And if there was something broken in the house while fighting or playing my mom always scolded my bro..ALWAYS!! I was the one who always dragged him into trouble. lol I missed watching Tom & Jerry and yesterday I finally saw it on TV. :)
Yesterday was ______? 1st April- April Fool's Day. In Italy they call it as April Fish. I tried to fool two of my Italian best friends. I told them that I've to leave Italy within this week because I broke some of the Rotary rules.  One of them got me but the other one didn't. She was like "I'm sorry. Do you want to hang-out..it will make you feel better.  When are you going to leave..bla bla bla?" I was like today is 1st April, right? I'm probably leaving the next week. She was like---''I hate you XD I didn't expect it from you and all'' lol

I also fooled one of the exchange students here in Cordovado. It was fun.

Time to conclude. Easter's coming soon. From the 5th to the 12th of April I'm going to Naples. Venice, Milan, Rome, Florence, Pisa, and now Naples- all done in 8 months. Now I can return back to India happily lol. Naples is a really good place. I can't wait anymore. So I'll meet you all again after coming back from Naples. If you wanna visit it with me then do read my next blogspot on Naples. Till then, be happy, be healthy!

Ciao :)
